GUIDE FOR REGISTERING FOR OUR 10-WEEK WINTER SESSION:

To register and reserve a space in one of our classes please fill out the form below. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE NOW OR RESERVE ONLINE by submitting the registration form and paying by mail with a check.

Payment of $395.00 for NEW FAMILIES (includes a one-time $15 registration fee)and $380.00 for RETURNING FAMILIES and $320.00 for each additional sibling over the age of eight months.

Registration includes two CDs and a beautifully illustrated songbook. New families will receive a newly revised "Parent Guide" that consists of a 15-minute DVD and a 16-page booklet.

For families reserving on line and paying by check, please go through the registration process until the end. Print the form and send with check payable to Music Together^® PSB, Inc. to:
